Permanent transfer to Poland – Lilies thank everyone for the time they spent together
Filip Stojilkovic is leaving SV Darmstadt 98 and joining Polish first division club KS Cracovia Krakow . After two loan spells at 1. FC Kaiserslautern and most recently at OFK Belgrade, he has now made a permanent move to the Polish Ekstraklasa. The transfer fee remains undisclosed.
“We had very good, open discussions with Filip this week and jointly came to the conclusion that a move and a fresh start in Poland will be good for him from a sporting perspective,” explains Paul Fernie , Sporting Director of SV 98. “Unfortunately, his time in Darmstadt didn’t go as planned; that happens in professional football. We wish Filip every success and all the best for his upcoming challenge in Krakow.”
Stojilkovic moved from FC Sion to Borussia Mönchengladbach in January 2023. In the second half of the 2022/23 season, he scored three goals in 15 second-division matches six appearances in the 2023/24 Bundesliga season before being loaned out first to 1. FC Kaiserslautern and later to OFK Belgrade during the winter break.
