The science city of Darmstadt is giving away free tickets for January 19th
The city of Darmstadt is once again giving away free tickets for the city's New Year's reception on Sunday, January 19, 2025, at 11 a.m. in the science and congress center darmstadtium.
Residents of Darmstadt can participate by sending their full name and address via email to repraesentationen@darmstadt.de by Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at midnight. Invitations, valid for two people, will be drawn by lot. Rejections will not be issued.
As part of the event, which will feature Mayor Hanno Benz's New Year's address as the main program item, the Hessian Theater Company will perform a short excerpt from "Datterich," accompanied musically by cantor and organist Joachim Enders. A reception will follow in the foyer.
