Full closure of the country road between Berkach and Büttelborn from 6.30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
On Thursday, June 12, 2025, the popular company run "GG runs" will take place for the eleventh time - for the first time with a new route . The start and finish of the event are now at the Dornberg Castle . The starting shot is located at 7 p.m. expected around 8:00 p.m.
New route requires changed traffic routing
Due to increased security requirements, the route was moved to less inner -city areas. The focus of the traffic regulating measures is primarily the country road between Berkach and Büttelborn , which is completely blocked for the term.
Overview of traffic information:
- Full closure of the country road between Berkach and Büttelborn from 6.30 p.m. to around 8 p.m.
- In Dornberg : No access to the main street opposite the pheasant series, Hauptstraße closed from Friedrich-Engels-Straße (resident access to the running route possible)
- In Büttelborn : country road from the SKV car park , parking lot remains accessible
- In Berkach : Current passage only to the intersection Groß-Gerauer Straße , resident access to the route

Route
The route leads from the Dornberger Castle via paved dirt roads to the blocked country road towards Büttelborn, runs along the land grave and back to the castle via the SKV sports grounds.
The city of Groß-Gerau and the municipality of Büttelborn ask all road users for understanding. The closures are immediately after the run .
