Innovation Institute praises Darmstadt publishing house's modern orientation
As the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation (diind) reports, the UDVM publishing house in Darmstadt the seal “Employer of the Future” .
The award honors companies that distinguish themselves through a future-oriented approach, innovative work models, and sustainable human resources strategies. The aim of the award is to highlight employers who prioritize modern structures and values in the competition for skilled workers.
The seal is under the patronage of Brigitte Zypries , former Federal Minister of Economics and long-serving member of the Bundestag from Darmstadt. This also links the award to a well-known regional figure.
UDVM-Verlag, based in Darmstadt, was selected by a panel of experts. The decision was based, among other things, on its digital presence, corporate culture, and perspectives in the area of sustainable business management.
