Innovation Institute recognizes modern orientation of Darmstadt-based publisher
the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (diind) , the UDVM publishing house in Darmstadt “Employer of the Future” seal .
The award honors companies that distinguish themselves through their future-oriented approach, innovative work models, and sustainable human resources strategies. The goal of the award is to highlight employers who rely on modern structures and values in the competition for skilled workers.
The seal is under the patronage of Brigitte Zypries , former Federal Minister of Economics and a long-time member of the Bundestag from Darmstadt. Thus, the award is also associated with a well-known figure at the regional level.
UDVM Publishing, based in Darmstadt, was selected by a jury of experts. The decision was based on factors including its digital presence, corporate culture, and perspectives on sustainable corporate management.
