Changed times and new location during the folk festival in the city center
Due to the setup and execution of the Heinerfest, there will be changes to the Darmstadt weekly market next week. The market will close at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 28, as setup work on the market square will begin immediately afterward. The weekly market will be canceled entirely on Wednesday, July 2.
Due to changed access regulations, the market cannot move to Kirchstraße as usual during the Heinerfest. Instead, it will relocate to Ludwigsplatz a reduced scale on Saturday, July 5th .
Market hours overview:
- Saturday, June 28th : 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the market square
- Wednesday, July 2nd : no weekly market
- Saturday, July 5th : 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Ludwigsplatz
