Participation for children up to 10 years – submission of wish lists by 14 November
The district town of Groß-Gerau has announced the launch of its 2025 Wish Tree campaign : A Christmas tree with wish lists for children will once again be installed in the foyer of the town hall. Wish lists are now available at the Social Services and Integration Office.
Who can participate?
- Children: 0 to 10 years
- Place of residence: Groß-Gerau with Dornheim, Berkach, Wallerstädten, North
- Proof: Families receiving social benefits (e.g. citizen's allowance, social assistance/basic security, unemployment benefit, housing benefit, child supplement, asylum benefit) with appropriate proof
Registration process
- Interested parties who are eligible to participate should send their contact details by email to wunschbaum@gross-gerau.de
- After checking the requirements, the data is registered and a wish list is issued.
- The completed wish list must to the information desk of the town hall by November 14, 2025 at the latest .
- The wish list must include the contact details of the parents/guardians (telephone number, email).
- Pickup instructions are on the right-hand side of the wish list.
What can be requested?
Only requests that meet the following criteria will be considered:
- Value: maximum 25.00 euros per child (including shipping costs)
- age-appropriate gifts
- For clothing/shoes : specify size
- Not possible: prepaid cards, vouchers or similar
- No war toys , no toy weapons (including Nerf guns)
- Preferably in regional stores or, for example, on Amazon (please note delivery times)
- Not possible: Wishes that only available through platforms such as Shein, Wish, Aliexpress, Temu
