Some services will not be available on March 20th
The registration office of the district administration in the Darmstadt district of Wixhausen will be closed on Friday, March 20, 2026 be limited on that day .
Open consultation hours are cancelled
The open consultation hour will not take place on this day. Furthermore, the following matters cannot be addressed:
- Application for identity cards
- Passport application
- Registrations and changes of address
Some services are still available
Despite the restrictions, certain services can still be offered. These include:
- Collection of previously ordered identity documents
- Application for certificates of good conduct
- Church withdrawals
- Issuance of registration, household and residence certificates
Alternative in the Luisencenter town hall
In urgent cases, citizens are asked to contact the residents' registration office in the Luisencenter town hall in Darmstadt city center.
