Danceable music from the 50s and 60s for a good cause – proceeds go to “Women Helping Women”
The district rural women's association in the Groß-Gerau district is celebrating its 75th anniversary in 2025 – and is hosting a special benefit concert to mark the occasion. On Saturday, June 28th, the trio "The Wonderfrolleins" the musical spirit and dance joy of the 1950s and 1960s to the stage at the Volkshaus Büttelborn, starting at 8 pm.
With petticoats, charm, and energy, the band provides a lively program that invites everyone to sing and dance along. The event is for anyone who enjoys nostalgic sounds and an evening in a convivial atmosphere.
Net proceeds go to a women's aid project
The proceeds from the concert will benefit the association "Women Helping Women," which supports women in difficult life situations. With this benefit concert, the rural women's association hopes to combine its anniversary celebration with a powerful social statement.
