The event, held at the beginning of the warmer months, will be accompanied by a town festival and a Sunday shopping event for the whole family. This means the Business Association has succeeded in organizing a spring festival in the city center in conjunction with the trade fair, even after the district capital withdrew as a co-organizer. Due to the Gro\u00df-Gerau city administration's provisional budget and the cancellation of many city events for 2025, the town festival and trade fair in April were also temporarily at risk of being canceled. The planned in-kind and financial contribution from the district capital could not be provided under the current circumstances.
