Its theme is “SoulArt with Susanne – Relaxation after work with simple lines – two hours just for you!” Susanne Richter-Madison, born in Frankfurt in 1966, discovered her great love for painting in 2015. Through participation in further training and workshops, she quickly developed her individual style, while always remaining open to experimentation. Since 2016, she has presented her work to the public in exhibitions. A selection of her works can be viewed here: www.serendipity-sue-art.de "The aim of the evening is to teach you a simple way to relax after a busy day, while also creating beautiful little drawings. We use drawing paper (20 x 20 cm), fineliners, pencils, and a blending stump, plus optional colored pencils for small splashes of color, if desired. The technique is easy to learn, even for those who claim they can't draw. After just a few minutes, you'll see initial success, and we'll conjure up beautiful results with simple, often repetitive strokes. As a bonus, there's often a fascinating 3D effect. By concentrating on your drawing paper and the repeating patterns, you'll forget the worries of everyday life; with every line you draw, the stress will melt away." Your mind calms down and you are completely present. This workshop is an introduction for those unfamiliar with this type of relaxation and an opportunity for others who may already be familiar with it but are constantly faced with distractions and tasks at home. "You deserve two hours just for yourself. You'll get them this evening! I'm looking forward to seeing you!" says Susanne Richter-Madison. Thursday, February 27, 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Kulturbahnhof Weiterstadt e. V., Bahnhofstraße 2, Weiterstadt, www.kuba-weiterstadt.de. Participation fee: €10 including materials. Minimum age: 16 years, maximum 10 participants. Advance registration is requested"}
