On Thursday afternoon (March 27th) there was a brazen trick theft on Gervinusstraße in Darmstadt: two unknowns gave themselves out as a craftsman around 4 p.m. and gained access to the apartment of a senior citizen under the pretext of alleged water damage. The perpetrators took advantage of the situation and stole jewelry and cash.
