New course at the Groß-Gerau district adult education center – movement to Latin American rhythms
Trebur. A new Zumba course offered by the Groß-Gerau District Adult Education Center (KVHS) will start on September 1, 2025, at the Lindenschule Trebur . The course combines rhythmic dance training with effective fitness exercises and is aimed at beginners and advanced participants.
Zumba is a versatile workout that combines aerobic elements endurance, coordination, and muscle strength equally – all without pressure to perform, but with lots of fun.
The course comprises seven sessions , held every Monday from September 1st to October 13th, 2025 , and is led by trainer Bianca-Evelyne Lonas . The participation fee is €50.38 . Those wishing to continue after the introductory course can register for the follow-up course starting October 20th .
