Cabaret, competition and exhibition – Reinheim celebrates satire
The 32nd Reinheim Satire Week will once again feature a varied program in 2025 with well-known artists, exciting newcomers and the traditional competition for the Reinheim Satire Lion .
Kick-off with Andreas Langsch
The opening event on October 17 and 18 will feature last year's winner, Andreas Langsch , who won the jury and audience awards in 2024. The award-winning cabaret artist impresses with his program "The Love Algorithm" as a mediator between the generations – subtle, musical, and always with a critical eye on current social issues.
Exhibition “Satire Week 2025”
"The Exhibition – Satire Week 2025" opens at 11 a.m., featuring cartoons by Martina Hillemann, Claas Janssen, Tommy Mayer, Nicola Koch, and Sonja Schmitt . It will be open every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. until November 2. Admission is free.
Competition for the Satire Lion
The following weekend is dedicated to the competition:
- Friday, October 24: Performances by Korff-Ludewig , Pe Krieger, Sven Garrecht and Tanja Silcher
- Saturday, October 25: Bermuda Zweieck , Markus Kapp, Verena Richter and Daniel Helfrich
Each artist will present 30 minutes from their current program. The audience will vote for their favorites.
Gala evening with awards ceremony
awards ceremony will take place on Sunday, October 26. The award winners will perform again, and the winning film from the Rüsselsheim Satirical Short Film Festival will also be shown.
