Exploratory drilling will lead to detours on the night of July 7th
Motorists should expect traffic restrictions at the Groß-Gerau interchange of the A67 motorway during the night of Monday, July 6th, to Tuesday, July 7th. The Autobahn GmbH des Bundes (Federal Motorway Company) is conducting exploratory drilling there.
The work is scheduled to take place between 8 pm and approximately 5 am and will require several closures in the area of the Groß-Gerau interchange (interchange 4).
These closures apply
During the construction work, the on-ramp from the B44 onto the A67 in the direction of Viernheim closed. The signposted diversion (U20) leads via the Rüsselsheim East with a U-turn back onto the motorway.
The A67 exit from Wiesbaden to the B44 is also closed . Motorists are being diverted via the Büttelborn interchange . A U-turn is also planned there (diversion U10).
Working at night
According to Autobahn GmbH, the exploratory drilling is deliberately carried out during the low-traffic night hours in order to minimize the impact on traffic.
The planned date is subject to suitable weather conditions. Autobahn GmbH asks motorists for their understanding regarding the unavoidable disruptions.
