Nosie Katzmann and duoherznah live in the Alice Garden in July
Since 2009, the Alice Hospital Darmstadt visitors to enjoy relaxed cultural events in the Alice Garden at the foot of the Mathildenhöhe during the summer months. The Alice Summer of Culture has become a firmly established fixture in the city's event calendar. In 2025, visitors can once again expect a musical program with free admission, regional specialties, and a pleasant atmosphere in the garden.
Nosie Katzmann: Hits of the 90s in acoustic version
The cultural summer kicks off on Sunday, July 13th , with Nosie Katzmann . The songwriter has penned over 40 international chart hits – including "Mr. Vain" (Culture Beat), "More and More" (Captain Hollywood Project), and " Right in the Night" (Jam & Spoon). In the Alice Garden, he will present an acoustic selection of his greatest successes , complemented by personal favorite songs and anecdotes from his career.

duoherznah: Singer-songwriter sounds with feeling
On Sunday, July 20th duoherznah featuring Alexandra and Hanna will perform , telling touching stories through their two-part harmonies. Their repertoire ranges from Hannes Wader to Zaz and Norah Jones – lovingly interpreted in a singer-songwriter style, with sensitivity, tranquility, and poetic depth.
