The meeting on August 14th is intended to better protect bicycles from theft
The Darmstadt 2nd Police Precinct is offering bicycle coding to improve protection against bicycle theft. The event will take place on Friday, August 14th , from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the courtyard of the community center at Oberstraße 16 in Darmstadt-Eberstadt.
According to the police, the coding enhances theft protection. In addition to a sturdy lock and secure locking mechanism, the individual marking of the bicycle can help to more quickly return stolen bikes to their owners.
