The Santacroce family moves with the Ristorante "Da Mé" from Biebesheim to Riedstadt
Riedstadt-Wolfskehlen -The Wolfskehlen community center will be operated again from August 1, 2025. After a long search, the city of Riedstadt and Elia Vincenzo Santacrce found a new tenant for the restaurant with an outdoor terrace, small hall and serving in the large hall. Together with his family, Santacroce brings the Ristorante “Da Mé” to Wolfskehlen, which was previously managed in Biebesheim.
Mayor Marcus Kretschmann welcomes the decision: "We have found a dedicated tenant who not only attaches great importance to good cuisine, but also wants to make the community center a living meeting point again - with closeness to the clubs and an open ear for the people on site."
Modernization and new ideas for the community center
Before the regular operation starts, extensive renovations are planned: the guest rooms receive a modern ambience, especially the counter should be the central meeting point. "The counter brings people together - this is where the exchange begins," says Giovanni Santacroce , son of the tenant.
The family also plans new event formats, such as an open table , where guests can regularly meet in a sociable group. Private celebrations, club activities and district festivals also take place in the future in the future.
Close cooperation with clubs planned
A special focus is on cooperation with the Wolfskehler Associations . The new operators want to invite representatives of the club landscape to an exchange in a timely manner in order to get to know needs and to develop common ideas. "The clubs are active, committed and are looking for a reliable partner," said Mayor Kretschmann.
Italian cuisine remains trademark
The Santacroce family relies on Italian specialties with which they have already made a name for herself in Biebesheim. The aim is to offer a catering Wolfskehler Kerb at Christmas 2025 .
"We are very much looking forward to wolf throats - and to fill this place with life," said the Santacroce family.
