Mayor Barbara Akdeniz invites you to a direct exchange on February 6th
Mayor and Head of Children and Youth Services Barbara Akdeniz invites children and young people from the Lincoln housing estate to an open consultation hour. Under the motto "And what do you want?", the discussion will take place on Friday, February 6th , from 4 pm to 6 pm at the Lincoln Housing Estate Youth Club (Mahalia-Jackson-Straße 1B).
The focus is on the concerns, wishes, and ideas of young people from the neighborhood. In an open atmosphere, children and teenagers have the opportunity to directly address their issues and discuss solutions or implementation strategies with the department head.
“Young voices shape our city. I listen, ask questions, and work with them to find solutions and ways to implement them. We create spaces where courage, curiosity, and commitment become visible – so that everyone is heard and we can make our city stronger together,” emphasizes Mayor Akdeniz.
