The Merck Stadium at Böllenfalltor will once again become the largest choir in southern Hesse shortly before Christmas
The Darmstadt Christmas Caroling event is entering its third year: On December 22, 2026, the Merck Stadium at Böllenfalltor will once again be transformed into the largest choir in southern Hesse. Together with thousands of visitors, the stadium will become a festive meeting place for the Advent season.
Advance ticket sales for the event begin on Friday, July 3, 2026, at 12 noon. Tickets are available online and at the ticket office at Böllenfalltor. Standing room tickets are also available at the City Fan Shop.
Music, singing along and a festive atmosphere
Doors open at 4:30 pm. The stage program starts at 6 pm and is expected to end around 7:30 pm.
The evening will once again be hosted by Daniel Fischer. Musical accompaniment will be provided by the South Hessian band Pfund. Singer Nina Gerhard and a mixed choir will also perform.
The joint singing of traditional and modern Christmas carols is intended to create a special atmosphere in the Merck Stadium again this year and offer visitors a festive end to the year.
With the Darmstadt Christmas Caroling, the organizers are focusing on community, music and pre-Christmas atmosphere – and are once again hoping for thousands of singing guests at the Böllenfalltor.
