Whether history, architecture, or hidden gems – the guided tours of the science city of Darmstadt offer a diverse program in June for everyone who wants to rediscover the city. Under the motto "Discover Darmstadt," doors open to special places, tours lead through well-known and lesser-known districts, and invite you to experience Darmstadt's past and present firsthand. Participation is possible – depending on the tour – only with advance booking.

UNESCO World Heritage Day on June 1st
On Sunday, June 1st, the Mathildenhöhe in Darmstadt will be the focus of the nationwide UNESCO World Heritage Day.
The following will be offered:
- Free entry to the Artists' Colony Museum
- Hourly guided tours between 11 am and 5 pm (also in English)
- Special guided tours in the artists' houses
- Visit to the Wedding Tower
