Commercial association presents trade show with a city festival in spring
The board of the Groß-Gerauer trade association decided at its closed conference on January 31, the sole implementation of the trade show planned this year with a comprehensive supporting program.
On April 26 and 27, 2025, trade and trade, service providers and restaurateurs from the district town and the Gerauer Land present their products and services on a large trade show in Groß-Gerauer downtown. The event at the beginning of the warm season is accompanied by a city festival and a Sunday open for the whole family.
The trade association has managed to organize a spring festival in the city center even after the failure of the district town as a co -organizer. Due to the preliminary budget management of the Groß-Gerau city administration and the cancellation of many urban events for 2025, the city festival and the trade show in April were temporarily over. Because the proposed factual and financial participation of the district town must not exist. The fact that the event, originally planned by the city and the trade association, can take place on this size, is particularly thanks to the large number of participating companies and the extremely generous commitment of various sponsors.
“The withdrawal of the city was a bitter loss during the organizational phase. We are all the more pleased that we have received so much support from our members and partners from the region, ”emphasizes Jörg Leinekugel, chairman of the trade association in Goß-Gerau.
