A solidarity-based pricing model makes concert attendance possible for everyone
A festive concert featuring works by Mozart, Johann Christian Bach and Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach is on the program at the Holy Spirit Church in Darmstadt-Arheilgen
The program includes Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's Coronation Mass (KV 317) and the motet Alma Dei creatoris (KV 277) , as well as Johann Christian Bach's Domine ad adjuvandum and the Magnificat á 4. The concert is rounded off with Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach's Hamburg Symphonies Nos. 3 and 5
The concert will take place under a special pricing model: "Pay what you can" allows attendees to set their own ticket price. The suggested price is €20, but everyone can pay more or less according to their own means. This is intended to make it possible for everyone interested to attend the concert, regardless of their financial situation.
The principle is based on solidarity: those who can pay more support people who otherwise couldn't afford to attend a concert. The goal is to make culture accessible to everyone.
