Authors from the Gothic scene will read on October 16, 2025
On Thursday, October 16, 2025, the Künstlerkeller Darmstadt will be transformed into the "Bar Macabre". Under the title "Cocktail Macabre", five authors will present stories from the Gothic scene.
The reading combines dark fantasy, somber inspirations, and mysterious encounters. Participants include Markus Heitz, Daeny Levi, Christel Scher, and editors Lily Magdalen and Jessica Iser. The evening will be complemented by musical accompaniment from Liska Mahnkovitch.
The focus is on texts from the anthology "Cocktail Macabre" , which open up a literary private room in a mixture of fantasy, sensuality and dark secrets.
