From October 21st, city gardeners will remove the plants from the flowerbeds
The summer plants will be removed from the flowerbeds in the Darmstadt Orangery on Wednesday, October 21, 2026. The city gardeners will clear the plants and dispose of them.
Interested citizens who would like to take plants from the summer planting can contact the local gardeners directly.
The city explicitly points out that digging up plants from the flowerbeds on one's own is not permitted. Any removal of plants will only take place in consultation with the city gardeners.
