Investigators secure pedelecs in Darmstadt – tips requested
Darmstadt Police Department 43 seized two pedelecs on September 21 and 29 and is now looking for the rightful owners or witnesses who can provide information about the bikes' origin.
Canyon pedelec found in Herrngarten
On Sunday (September 21), investigators seized a blue Canyon PATHLITE :ON M141 Two trailer hitches were conspicuous: one on the seat post and another near the bike rack.
White pedelec found on Hochstraße
On Monday (September 29), at around 9:30 a.m., officers noticed another bicycle in the Hochstraße area: a white SMAFO . The model is currently unknown. Its distinctive features include brown leather handlebars and a brown leather seat.
Police asks for clues
Owners who recognize their bicycle in the pictures or people with information about the bikes are asked to contact the Darmstadt Criminal Investigation Department (K 43) at 06151 / 969 – 4110 .
