SGA triathletes deliver strong performances at the end of the year
This year, numerous triathletes once again concluded their sporting year with the New Year's Eve run in Griesheim . 30th Michael Weisbrod New Year's Eve Run A total of eight female and five male triathletes , ensuring a successful end to the sporting year.
Successes over five kilometers
in the 5-kilometer race competed Simone Barabas (W45) and Angelika Scholz (W60) .
Barabas finished in 22:37 minutes , taking first place in her age group. Scholz crossed the finish line in 29:58 minutes , also securing first place in her age group.
Strong times over ten kilometers – women
in the 10-kilometer race:
- Anja Schepp (W45): 1:02:13 hours
- Conny Thiele (W45): 45:41 minutes
- Ulrike Bickert (W50): 51:34 minutes
- Claudia Jehn (W50): 51:24 minutes
was particularly successful Marina Lefort (W50), 42:24 minutes once again first place in her age group . Jutta Cymanek (W55) came 51:24 minutes in second in her age group.
Men's results over ten kilometers
The male starters also showed 10 kilometer strong performances
- Henri Lassig (M30): 39:26 minutes
- Christian Della Libera (M40): 41:52 minutes
- Anselm Schüle (M40): 43:12 minutes
- Sascha Prehn (M50): 47:32 minutes
- Moritz Mattern (M35): 48:08 minutes
The New Year's Eve run thus provided a successful sporting conclusion to the year 2025. 2026 The SGA triathletes are also hoping for an equally healthy and successful sporting year – and will continue to report on both sporting and non-sporting achievements.
