From the intern to the formative management personality
Doris Morhard started her professional career on September 1, 1985 as an internship in the Pusteblume daycare center. Since December 1, 1996, she has headed the facility - characterized by a respectful way of dealing with children, parents and colleagues. Their way of leading to the positive development of the daycare center contributed, said Möller.
"Their appreciative dealings with people, their openness and their ability to recognize changes at an early stage and implement them pedagogically have shaped the Pusteblume for many years," said the mayor.
