Woman sexually assaulted in elevator – description of perpetrator published
Darmstadt-Eberstadt. On Thursday evening (July 31), a young woman was assaulted on Weidigweg. According to police, the woman was walking home around 7:30 p.m. when she was followed by an unknown man. In an apartment building, the perpetrator entered the elevator with her, exposed himself, and indecently touched her .
Only when the elevator doors opened did the man release his victim, whereupon the woman was able to escape and notify the police.
Description of the perpetrator
The perpetrator is described as follows:
- Age: approximately 14 to 20 years
- Height: approx. 1.70 to 1.80 meters
- Build: slim
- Hair: dark and curly, short on the sides
- Skin: lightly tanned
- Clothing: short black trousers with gold pattern, black T-shirt, dark shoes
- Voice: sounded quite young
, there were other people in front of the apartment building who may have seen the young man.

Police station 10 in Darmstadt is asking potential witnesses, especially those who were in front of the house on Weidigweg at the time of the crime, to contact them on telephone number 06151 / 969-0 .
