Woman inappropriately touched in elevator – description of perpetrator published
Darmstadt-Eberstadt. On Thursday evening (July 31), a young woman was assaulted on Weidigweg. According to police, the woman was on her way home around 7:30 p.m. when she was followed by an unknown man. In an apartment building, the perpetrator entered the elevator with her, exposed himself, and touched her inappropriately .
Only when the elevator doors opened did the man let go of his victim, whereupon the woman was able to escape and call the police.
Description of the perpetrator
The perpetrator is described as follows:
- Age: about 14 to 20 years
- Height: approx. 1.70 to 1.80 meters
- Build: slim
- Hair: dark and curly, sides cut short
- Skin: slightly tanned
- Clothing: short black pants with gold pattern, black T-shirt, dark shoes
- Voice: sounded quite young
there were other people in front of the house who might have seen the young man.

The police station 10 in Darmstadt asks possible witnesses, especially people who were in front of the house in Weidigweg at the time of the crime, to call 06151 / 969-0 .
