Jürgen Grund will become General Representative for Personnel Affairs
ENTEGA AG will introduce the new position of General Representative for Human Resources on July 1, 2026. The Supervisory Board has approved the creation of this position following a recommendation from the Management Board.
Jürgen Grund will take on the new task.
Responsibility for strategic human resources work
According to ENTEGA AG, the new function consolidates strategic and operational responsibility in the human resources area. This is due to increasing requirements in labor and co-determination law.
Jürgen Grund will report directly to the future Chief Human Resources and Infrastructure Officer, Julia Klinger. He will be responsible for leading the HR organization and independently managing human resources within the framework of the company's HR strategy.

His many years of experience in labor and co-determination law will be particularly valuable in supporting the further development of human resources work at ENTEGA.
