Florian Brandherm was unanimously elected chairman
The FDP Darmstadt has founded a new local branch.
The new local association Darmstadt-Südwest was formed from the previous local associations Mitte-West and Bessungen.
Florian Brandherm was unanimously elected chairman.
Former chairpersons remain on the board
The previous chairpersons Viola Gebek and Christof Baur will continue to serve on the new board as deputy chairpersons.
Chris Jendretschak, Ulf Krämer, Herbert Kuhlmann and Mark Rothermel were elected as assessors.
Increased presence planned in the city districts
The new chairman Brandherm explained after his election: “With the new local branch, we are pooling our resources to be more present in the south, west and center of Darmstadt.”
The aim is to have a stronger local presence and to develop concrete improvements for the city districts.
