Free courses on October 6th and 7th at the North Vocational School Center
During the first week of the school holidays in Darmstadt, the focus is on exercise, fun, and shared experiences. Two events invite children and young people aged 8 to 14 to the sports hall of the North Vocational School Center: Girls' Fun Day on Monday, October 6, 2025, and Boys' Day on Tuesday, October 7, 2025.
Girls' Fun Day on October 6th
From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., girls* can spend a varied day with sports, games, and exercise. The program is organized by Netzwerk ROPE eV , the children's and youth services department of the youth welfare office , and the Darmstadt-Dieburg district youth sports association .
Boys' Day on October 7th
18th annual Boys' Day will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Participants can expect a day full of movement and skill-based activities. Boys' Day is organized by the Open Youth Work department of the City of Darmstadt and the Darmstadt-Dieburg district, together with the Darmstadt-Dieburg Sports Association .
Terms and conditions of participation
The following applies to both events:
- Registration is not required.
- Please bring sportswear and indoor shoes with light-colored soles.
- Food and drinks will be provided.
