Anniversary celebration on June 28th in the Griesheim carriage hall
The town of Griesheim will celebrate the 50th anniversary of its town twinning with Bar-le-Duc on Saturday, June 28, 2025. To mark this special anniversary, Mayor Geza Krebs-Wetzl invites all citizens to the official celebration in the Wagenhalle (carriage hall) .
Doors open at 1:30 p.m., and the official opening ceremony by the mayor will take place at 2:00 p.m.The program includes musical performances by choirs, dance performances , and the formal signing of a partnership agreement.
