Works by Beethoven and Dvořák are on the program for September 6th – admission is free
The Griesheim String Orchestra will give a concert at Haus Waldeck in Griesheim on Sunday, September 6, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. Under the direction of Hiroko Kuwata, the ensemble will perform works by Ludwig van Beethoven and Antonín Dvořák, among others. Frank E. Westphal will be the cello soloist.
Griesheim String Orchestra performs with music school
The orchestra is collaborating with the Darmstadt-Dieburg Music School for this concert. The string orchestra comprises children, teenagers, parents, and adult friends. The ensemble is regularly supported by professional musicians. According to the orchestra, it has been performing together in this format for 23 years.
Admission to the concert is free.
