Opportunity for start-ups, successors and founders-visibility, network and expertise
Good news for young companies: The application deadline for the Hessian start -up award 2024 was extended until May 14th . This is announced by project manager Elisabeth Neumann from KIZ Sinnova gGmbH. The price is aimed at start-ups, successors as well as founders from all over Hesse-regardless of industry or location.
The price offers more than one award: Those who manage to make it among the finalists benefit from great public visibility, professional network contacts, high -quality training and a company video for their own marketing. "Even reaching the semi -final has helped many young companies noticeably," reports Neumann.
Four categories - one goal: make start -ups visible
The competition is advertised in four categories:
- Innovative business idea
- Sustainable succession
- Social effect
- Foundation from the university
After the online application, twelve companies are selected for the semi-finals per category. From this in turn, three qualify for the final. The final will take place on November 7, 2024 in Hofheim , during the day at a specialist event, in the evening at the ceremony. At the same time, an online voting runs that enables additional reach-in 2023 over 20,000 people took part.
Important to know: No cash prices will be awarded. Winning includes public attention, high-quality coaching, a professional video and the connection to the alumni network . In addition, the finalists are automatically entitled to propose for the German Founder Award .
High relevance for the labor market
The competition also documents the economic importance of start -ups in Hesse every year. The 176 companies that have participated in 2024 have over 2,000 people .
