Sixth edition on February 21st and 22nd with a top-class field of participants
The 6th International Spring Swimming Festival (FSF) will take place on February 21st and 22nd, 2025 in Darmstadt – and with a new record number of entries.
4,900 starts registered for the spring swimming festival
With almost 4,900 starts, the high-caliber swimming event a record participation that even surprised the organizers.
"It seems word has spread to large parts of Germany that Darmstadt has a fast pool . The number of entries has already surprised us," said Matthias Ocklenburg , first chairman of the swimming department of DSW12 .
For the new board team, the event represents the first major test – a challenge that the experienced organizing team of DSW12 with its experience in organizing large swimming events at the Darmstadt North Bath .
First sporting assessment for Bundesliga team
The 6th FSF a sporting highlight. Head coach Georg Schneider sees the weekend as the first major test of the new year . Several of his young talents, recently promoted to the Bundesliga , will be competing to demonstrate their form.
A top national and international starting field is expected
With the participation of national and international swimming stars and the excellent reputation of the event in the swimming scene, the 6th International Spring Swimming Festival in Darmstadt about to enter another successful chapter in its history.
