Association looks into an uncertain future - general meeting on May 22nd should bring a decision
The Kulturcafé Groß-Gerau, an integral part of cultural life in the district town for many years, faces an uncertain future. The background is the outstanding approval of urban subsidies for 2025. At the same time, the financial reserves of the association are almost used up.
"The cultural café is more than an event location-it is a place of encounter, a center for cross-generational culture and a heart of voluntary commitment in Groß-Gerau," says the club. But now the cultural meeting is threatened.
Overload in the team - call to support
In addition to the financial uncertainty, the volunteer team also sees itself heavily burdened. Resignations on the board and illness -related failures have brought the remaining activists to their limits. The club members therefore hope for support from the population. We are looking for people who are committed, take responsibility and thus want to lead the cultural café into the future.
General meeting as a fateful date
How it will continue will be decided Thursday, May 22, 2025 Then the association for the general meeting invites you to the premises of the Kulturcafé , Darmstädter Straße 31, Groß-Gerau (1st floor). All members, supporters as well as interested parties are invited to actively contribute.
