SV Darmstadt 98 and the city continue social program
SV Darmstadt 98, together with the city of Darmstadt, will again provide free season tickets for low-income people from Darmstadt for the 2026/2027 season.
The offer is intended to give people with low incomes the opportunity to continue watching the Lilies' home games in the stadium.
Mayor praises social commitment
Mayor Barbara Akdeniz expressly welcomes the continuation of the campaign.
“Participation in social and community life is often limited by one’s financial situation. I am therefore very grateful that the club’s management, by continuing this offer, is helping to ensure that people from Darmstadt, despite low incomes, will have the opportunity to actively support their ‘Lilies’ at home games next season as well,” Akdeniz explains.
Applications accepted until the beginning of June
Interested residents of Darmstadt can apply to the Office for Social Affairs and Prevention until June 5, 2026 at 12 noon.
Requirements include residence in Darmstadt, being of legal age, and possession of a valid participation card.
Applications can be submitted by phone to the relevant contact persons or by email. Please provide your first name, last name, address, date of birth, and whether you have a participation card.
If more applications are received than season tickets are available, the decision will be made by lottery.
