The Groß-Gerau district adult education center offers online safety
The Groß-Gerau district adult education center is offering the online course "Media Literacy Certificate for Children" on Monday, March 2, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The course is aimed at children aged nine to fourteen who want to learn how to use smartphones, tablets, and computers safely and responsibly.
Under the guidance of lecturer Robin Weniger, participants discover the digital world in a playful way. They learn understandable rules for using digital media. In addition, there are numerous opportunities to participate, as well as time for questions and discussion.
Parents can listen to the course while the children are the focus. At the end, all participants receive a certificate. The participation fee is 20 euros.
