Up to 1,175 euros grant for new PV systems-free advice possible
The city of Griesheim continues to support the expansion of renewable energies: As part of a support program for photovoltaic systems (PV systems) decided at the beginning of June, there are still sufficient funding available in the second half of the year. Griesheim households can a grant of up to 1,175 euros for a newly installed PV system.
Plants are funded with an output of more than two kilowatt peak (KWP) . The prerequisite for the funding is that the project has not yet started and an application including the cost estimate is made in advance.
"The program offers Griesheimers an important incentive to invest in sustainable energy supply. We are making a concrete contribution to climate protection and driving the expansion of renewable energies on site," says Klimaschutz Manager Jörg Glock .

Interested parties can also register for free energy advice . This takes place every Friday by appointment. On request, a PV potential analysis carried out-to assess whether the installation of a system is worthwhile on your own roof.
