In this role, he initiated and oversaw numerous pioneering projects in cooperation with the city of Griesheim, which garnered national and international attention. The focus of his work was always the so-called " change of perspective," which aims to make public spaces accessible and engaging for people of all ages.
Landmark projects with international appeal
Among the best-known initiatives are the "Playable City" and "Ownable City", which are considered exemplary approaches to child- and family-friendly urban development. Also significant are the regularly conducted school route mapping surveys project "Little Griesheimer", which have been an integral part of municipal work for many years.
The sustainable impact of these projects is also evident in the fact that delegations from Germany, Europe and other parts of the world traveled to Griesheim to see the concepts and their implementation for themselves.
