Stories come alive at the Weiterstadt City Library Thursday, November 6, 2025 , at 3 p.m. , the popular picture book cinema media ship children aged four and up , accompanied by an adult, who enjoy listening, marveling, and participating are invited
The library team reads and tells an exciting story while the corresponding pictures are shown on a screen. Afterwards, the children can draw, do crafts, read, or browse the bookshelves . The picture book cinema takes place regularly once a month; upcoming dates are announced in advance.
A ghost story with wit and courage
This time, the focus is on the book "Three Nasty, Nasty Guys ." In it, Konrad enough of the ghosts in his neighborhood and decides to put an end to the spooky haunting. Equipped with anti-ghost balls , he sets off for the sooty castle—and there he meets a mysterious checkered cat. A daring and funny story for children aged four and up.
