Accident escape, property damage and a cigarette machine offense
Accident escape at Worfelden, damaged vehicles in Groß-Gerau and a broken cigarette machine in Darmstadt employ the police. Witnesses are urgently sought in all cases.
Accident escape: scooter drivers crashed into Worfelden
On Friday evening (January 3rd) there was an accident on Friday evening (January 03) on Kreisstraße 164 between Worfelden and the federal road 44. A driver overtook a vehicle in front and overlooked an oncoming scooter. The scooter driver had to avoid and fell together with his passenger. While the driver suffered slight injuries, the passenger was not injured. The cars involved continued their journey without stopping. The Groß-Gerau police station accepts information on the person who caused the accident.
Several exterior mirrors damaged in Groß-Gerau
In the night of Sunday (January 5th), unknowns damaged five parked vehicles on August-Bebel-Straße in Groß-Gerau. The perpetrators destroyed the right -wing mirrors of the cars, presumably in passing. The damage incurred is estimated at several hundred euros. Anyone who can provide information about the property damage is asked to report to the Groß-Gerau police station.
Cigarette machine broke open in Darmstadt
On Monday evening (January 6th), three darkly dressed young people blew up a cigarette machine on Klausenburger Strasse in the home site settlement, presumably with fireworks. After the explosion, they stole cigarettes and cash and fled towards Heimstättenweg/Am Kaiserschlag. The machine has been significantly damaged, the amount of property damage and prey is not yet known. A search by the police has so far been unsuccessful. The criminal police in Darmstadt asks witnesses to report, especially if suspicious observations were made between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. in the area of the home site.
In all cases, the police hope for information from the population.
