The guided tour showcases habitats of native species and opportunities for nature conservation
The science city of Darmstadt invites you to an informative tour of the Rosenhöhe park on Saturday, June 28, 2025 , from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. The event is aimed at nature and garden enthusiasts and offers insights into local wildlife as well as tips on promoting biodiversity in your own surroundings.
The free guided tour introduces various animal species and their habitats. The focus is on natural design using predominantly native plants – a measure that benefits both animals and people.
The meeting point is at the gardener's cottage in the herb garden (Ludwig-Engel-Weg 42). Participation is free of charge , but limited a maximum of ten people Registration with the Parks and Green Spaces Department is required by calling 06151 13-2900 (Mon–Thurs: 8 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Fri: 8 a.m.–12 p.m.).
