Training for boys between 7 and 12 years old at the JUZ Reinheim youth center
The city of Reinheim has announced that its youth services department will again be offering a self-assertion course for boys aged 7 to 12 Reinheim Youth Center . The course will take place on Saturday, November 8 , and Sunday, November 9 , from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. .
Strengthening self-confidence and conflict resolution skills
When boys argue, conflicts often escalate quickly. This course addresses these everyday situations and shows ways to confidently express opinions and boundaries , as well as to resolve conflicts non-violently .
Through role-playing, discussions, anger and aggression exercises , and coolness and fair fighting drills , participants learn to recognize dangerous situations and act safely.
Led by an experienced trainer
The course is led by Nico Volz , a recognized social worker and certified self-defense trainer specializing in violence prevention and de-escalation . He brings extensive experience in working with boys and in violence prevention . The participation fee is €30 per child .
