Haus Raiss invites you to lectures, music, games and social afternoons
The municipal senior citizens' work in Groß-Gerau is once again offering a varied program in September at Haus Raiss, Frankfurter Straße 46 .
Lecture on the city's history
"Municipal History with a Difference" on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 , from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Titled "I'm in Love with Our City," Herta Merz and Lebrecht Viebahn Sr. will talk about the executioner of Groß-Gerau. Admission is free, and registration is not required.
Sunday meeting with coffee and cake
Haus Raiss invites to its popular Sunday get-together Sunday, September 14, 2025 , from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Volunteers will be serving coffee, homemade cake, and a varied program. New guests are welcome. Registration is due by Thursday, September 11 , by calling 06152-716 5200 or emailing seniorenarbeit@gross-gerau.de . Transportation can also be requested.
Musical afternoon
On Monday, September 15, 2025 , from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, the Senior Citizens' Services invites you to a musical afternoon . Whether you're into pop or folk music, singing along or listening—everyone who enjoys music and socializing is welcome. Registration is required by September 11 at the Senior Citizens' Services office. Transportation is available upon request.
Skat round after the summer break
The popular Skat round, led by Udo Herzinger, starts again on Friday, September 5, 2025 , from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Haus Raiss. Thereafter, games will be played regularly every Friday. Registration is available at +49 6152 910 635 .
