Chief Detective Inspector gives tips on how to protect your home
At the invitation of the "Nord" senior citizens' group, Chief Inspector Gerhard Skora from the South Hesse Police Headquarters will provide information on effective measures to protect one's home from burglaries. The information session will take place on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, starting at 3 p.m. at the Springberg daycare center , Danziger Straße 8.
Prevention and exchange in a relaxed atmosphere
The senior citizens' group meets once a month in the rooms of the Springberg daycare center. During the event, Chief Inspector Skora provides practical advice on burglary prevention and is available to answer questions. Coffee and cake are provided by the volunteer organizers of the senior citizens' group.
Cooperation within the framework of the family center
The "Nord" senior citizens' meeting place is a joint initiative of the Groß-Gerau municipal senior citizens' services and the Springberg daycare center , and is part of the city's "Family Center" concept. Its aim is to facilitate intergenerational encounters, information, and advice.
