Podium finishes at the Lilienstaffelmarathon, Brombachsee Triathlon, in Oberursel and at the Koberstädter Waldmarathon
DARMSTADT/REGION – The triathletes of SG Arheilgen have enjoyed an intense and successful week, celebrating numerous podium finishes in four competitions.
Strong results at the 1st Lilienstaffelmarathon
On Wednesday, August 27, seven female and nine male triathletes competed in the 1st Lilien Relay Marathon . The SGA Triathlon division formed four teams. Of the 16 participants, twelve achieved podium finishes in their age group.
- 10 km: Marina Lefort (W50) 44:43 min. – AK 1; Anke Werner (W50) 44:57 min. – AK 2; Henri Lassig (M30) 39:46 min. – AK 1; Rainer Kappes (M55) 45:47 min. – AK 3; Barbara Vierling (W40) 50:39 min. – AK 1; Beatrix Wiesler (W55) 59:46 min. – AK 3; Marcus Ortland (M50) 45:53 min. – AK 2; Moritz Mattern (M35) 49:41 min. – AK 2.
- Half Marathon Relay (5.3 km): Daniela Teske (W50) 24:57 min. – Age Group 1; Ulrike Bickert (W50) 26:26 min. – Age Group 2; Bernd Eisele (M50) 22:36 min. – Age Group 1; Guido Götz (M50) 26:53 min. – Age Group 2.
Brombachsee Triathlon: Middle distance mastered
This weekend, Annett Dura took on the middle distance at the Brombachsee Triathlon in Pleinfeld-Allmannsdorf. She impressively achieved her goal of finishing safely: After a 1.9 km swim, 90 km bike ride, and a half marathon (21.1 km), she crossed the finish line in 7:13:29 hours .
RunSwimRepeat in Oberursel
The SGA competed in the 5th Men's League RunSwimRepeat in Oberursel. The team completed a 5 × 2 km run and a 250 m swim. Nadine Silvia Krisch (W35) secured the age group victory in 1:27:18 hours , while Anselm Schüle (M40) took third place in his age group in 1:22:04 hours . The team finished 6th out of 12 overall.
Podium places at the Koberstadt Forest Marathon
At the 45th Koberstadt Forest Marathon in Egelsbach, the SGA women shone with four podium finishes:
- 10 km: Anna Erzgräber (W35) 47:49 mins – AK 2; Barbara Vierling (W40) 47:52 mins – AK 1.
- 5 km: Simone Barbaras (W45) 23:51 min. – AK 1 and 3rd place overall.
- Half Marathon (21.1 km): Marina Lefort (W50) 1:31:58 hrs. – AK 1 and overall victory for women.
With numerous podium finishes and strong performances, the triathlon department of SG Arheilgen once again demonstrated its versatility and endurance.
