Cabaret artist presents her new program full of humor and change of perspective
Darmstadt. Cabaret artist Sia Korthaus on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 8:30 p.m. at the halbNeun Theater in Darmstadt.
Known for her sharp powers of observation, Korthaus not only changes themes in her program, but also her perspectives: sometimes humorous, sometimes thoughtful, then surprisingly profound. She plays with everyday absurdities and social peculiarities – from changing relationships to changing political opinions.
Humor with depth
The focus is on menopause, which gives Korthaus the opportunity to reflect on life's changes in general. But she doesn't stop at hormonal fluctuations: holiday traditions, beer taste, railway policy, and everyday life also provide ample material for her cabaret-like rollercoaster.
