Three donor registration drives are planned for May in Seeheim-Jugenheim
One-year-old Emma from Seeheim-Jugenheim suffers from a rare immune system disorder. Her only chance of a cure is a stem cell transplant. To find a suitable donor, several donor registration drives will take place in the community in May.
Registration with DKMS is possible
At these events, interested individuals can easily register as stem cell donors with DKMS. Typing is done via a cheek swab.
Mayor Birgit Kannegießer calls for participation: "By registering as a stem cell donor, we can give hope to little Emma and many others."
These dates are planned
An overview of the registration options:
- Sunday, May 17, 2026, Forum at the Town Hall, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m
- Saturday, May 23, 2026, SKG Ober-Beerbach eV, 5 pm to 9 pm
- Sunday, May 24, 2026, sports field at Kohlwald, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m
