Temporary urban garden creates a consumption-free space until the end of October
on Ernst-Ludwigs-Platz, commissioned by the City of Darmstadt temporary summer garden . The area of approximately 120 square meters along the Kaufhof department store was colorfully designed by the artist Leonardo Wassermann and furnished with 20 seats, 10 planters , and 10 folding tables .

Revitalizing the city center through urban greenery and furnishings
The project aims to make the area around the former Kaufhof department store more attractive and to temporarily revitalize and make the city center more accessible will manage the summer garden Darmstadt Marketing GmbH, while an external service provider will be responsible for plant maintenance .
